Renowned Economist and essayist Nicolas Bouzou will discuss “les relations économiques entre la France et le Royaume Uni post Brexit – Un exemple : les entreprises du BTP”


The Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry has the pleasure of hosting a prestigious event on the 8th November 2017. In partnership with JCB, the Chamber looks forward to welcoming Mrs Françoise Rausch, Chairwoman of JCB Affairs and renowned essayist & economist Mr Nicolas Bouzou to a breakfast conference on economic perspectives over the next 12 months on the subject of construction, infrastructure and transport.

Nicolas Bouzou was born in France in 1976. He is a Professor of Economics at the University of Paris II Assas’ MBA Law & Management Programme and is the founding director of Asterès, a leading economic consultancy firm. He is also the creator of the Belém Circle, a think-tank that gathers progessive and liberal European intellectuals.

Nicolas is the author of several best-selling books, his latest one “Le travail est l’avenir de l’homme” was published by L’Observatoire in 2017. 

The focus point of the presentation will be addressing the financial challenges after Brexit in these specific sectors of activity. Attendees will have the opportunity to offer up their own questions in a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
